Job Role: Customer Service Representative in Banking Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to banking clients by addressing their inquiries and resolving complaints effectively. - Process banking transactions accurately and efficiently to ensure seamless service delivery. - Educate clients about various banking services available to them, enhancing their understanding and utilization of services. - Maintain detailed and accurate client records to ensure all interactions are documented and accessible. - Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments for further resolution while keeping clients informed of progress.
